At Kagen, we put quality first. Wood pellets should put out plenty of heat and make as little ash as possible. To meet our high standards, we focus on creating only the best wood pellets at every step of the process.
Our commitment to providing high-grade wood pellets starts with the source. We’ve established strict standards with our raw material suppliers, so the wood coming in will meet our expectations for the pellets coming out. The wood we receive must be clean, virgin wood fiber, and have low ash levels. If not, the wood is rejected.
The pellets production started in 2019 in Vietnam. Today Kagen is one of Vietnam's largest pellets manufacturers and wood fuel pellets are produced in various sites
Bac Giang Factory

Production capacity: 60,000 tonnes
The raw material used is sawdust from acacia and pine. Both 6 mm and 8 mm wood pellets are manufactured here.
Thanh Son Factory
Employees in production: 15
Production capacity: 35,000 tonnes
The raw material mainly comprises wood shavings and dry chips. 8 mm wood pellets are manufactured here.
WHAT SERVICE WE CAN PROVIDE?
When exported by container, Kagen delivers bagged pellets in 1,100 Kgs big bags; it can load 22-ton in 20 feet containers. Big bag provides an ideal solution for your home, a biomass heating system.
Our most popular form of supply is bulk wood pellets. We operate a fleet of fifteen delivery trucks that transport wood pellets throughout the country and to the seaport.
